Our client is a leading Free to Play Mobile Games studio based in the Midlands UK. We are looking to recruit a Data Analyst into the Sata Science team.  Working on games including our award-winning series of sports & kids titles, the successful applicants will be working alongside our very successful marketing and monetisation team.

The role:

You will analyse game data to support departments making game play decision making, recommending changes and helping set up playtests and analyse their results. You will also help define global telemetry setup and data gathering.
This role would suit someone with a good analytical degree, or beneficially a Masters or PhD with good statistical skills.

Data Scientist - AAA Console Games Studio - UK

Our client is a major games studio based in the Midlands Uk. We seek a proven Data Scientist to join our already successful team.


•   Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize business and information needs to track and report. 

•   Direct the data capture requirements from within the game team, owning strategic insights to understand the impact of design / product decisions on game quality and health.

•   Analyse game telemetry and qualitative feedback to test and monitor gameplay in order to provide insight on how game features and content are impacting the overall player experience.

•   Design A/B experiments to test acquisition, engagement, and monetization strategies.

•   Perform ad hoc analyses regularly.

•   Identify and clearly articulate conclusions and recommendations drawn from data, both in person and through digital presentation.

PRODUCT MANAGER – AAA GAMES STUDIO – MIDLANDS UK

Our client is a leading AAA games studio, well established with 2 hit series of games titles in Production. We are looking for innovative marketers who possess that same passion and dedication to define the product marketing strategies for our short-term and long-term projects, to work with our development studios and external partners, and to be the creative spark to inspire our internal teams and generate the maximum chance for success across our product portfolio.

Whilst previous experience within the games industry is preferable, it is not essential. Of greater importance is that you possess the ability to translate and communicate the passion and excitement we feel for our games to the players and partners that will be awaiting our new games.


Key Duties:


General overview of the role:


•   Evangelise and represent the product(s) and brand(s) to both internal stakeholders via product presentations, territory tours, media events, retail presentations, consumer events and more
•   Engage the development studios in the marketing process to ensure alignment and engagement with strategic and creative direction
•   Use market data and consumer research to identify trade and consumer trends to help the studios to iterate on new ideas
•   Create and own the Product Marketing Plan, which includes product positioning, target market identification and analysis, category &competitive analysis, pricing analysis, marketing strategy, creative development and through the line marketing execution

We have an exciting Executive Producer opportunity on a large, undisclosed AAA project.

Reporting to the Development Director, the Executive Producer will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the project to time and on budget, and within quality expectation of clients.
